If you really do, please don't call japanese men "jap," it's considered offensive. Use jpn if you want to abbreviate.
And finally, /signed. It'll be sad if GW loses its Japanese fanbase, even if it's rather small.

You wouldn't happen to be one of those people who believe that Taiwan is just a province of China, would you? The classification of the Taiwanese language is a politically-charged topic; I would be careful about tossing around statements on the subject as though they were established fact.

Don't they have both prepaid cards and the option to buy full chapters? I think that's what I've read a while ago.
Yeah I said: Don't worry. (about the merge) I'm not japanese, but I'm learning the language.
You're learning longer than i am. I'm self-taught on and off, as much time allows, for about a year

Hehe, that only works for American Japanese, people who are living in Japan don't really care/know about that.

The language they call "Taiwanese" is very similar to the dialect spoken by Chinese people in Fujian province. This is not surprising since a large amount of Taiwanese people migrated from Fujian, which is Taiwan's neighbor. And yes, Taiwan was and would still be a part of China if the US didn't meddle with it.

Japanese hate racism as I am sure many people do, but it is ironic considering that Japan is an extremely racist country.

Yes but I was trying to put it in a very... polite way if that could be achieved at all. However, I wanted to emphasize the point of the irony that is in Shadowfox1125 post.

Funny, as my father's side of the family is from Fujian and I can't hear any similarity.
Taiwan's historical ownership is more complicated than you make it out to be. Large blocks of the population are more pro-Japanese than pro-Chinese, and much of Taiwan's infrastructure owes to Japanese occupation prior to WW2. US influence is what's keeping China from annexing modern-day Taiwan, but the US had nothing to do with China losing Taiwan in the first place.
And that still doesn't address the 'should' question. By now, Taiwan has established its own government, currency, economy, etc. The pro-China arguments that I've encountered use historical basis for legitimacy - they used to be part of China, so they should go back to China - ignoring the fact that other countries have declared independance from their motherlands before.

No it wasn't.
They opened up Chinese and Korean districts to the rest of the GW world, but the Japanese district is still isolated.

/signed for obvious reasons, and the asian districts are pretty empty wouldn't hurt, I don't think there would be any law that would violate anet's terms and conditions.
